Professor Joseph Antoun is the Chairman Of The Board and CEO of L-Nutra Incorporated, a nutritech company developing Fasting Mimicking Diets (FMD) aimed at preventing, intercepting and reversing age related diseases. He is the Co-Director of the Center for Health Policy at the University of Chicago; an adjunct Professor of Health Policy at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging; and a fellow at the Department of Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Joseph is also the Co-Editor in Chief of the Journal of Health Systems and Reform. He completed his studies in Public Policy at Harvard University, in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, and Doctorate in Medicine and Masters’ in Medical and Biological Sciences from Saint Joseph University.
